This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1344 days in paying correct Court fee of Rs.7,180/- in above captioned C.M.A. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai, since the delay is enormous. The costs shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

4.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course by printing the name of Mr.K.Varadha Kamaraj, as learned counsel for the respondents.
