Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2425/2011/A6 dated 02.02.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to allot a shop site earmarked in the Agenda No.94 placed before the meeting of the elected ward members of the respondent held on 30.11.2005 on lease basis to the petitioner pursuant to the resolution passed in the said meeting vide No.192 dated 30.11.2005.
