In the light of the facts, which are highlighted in the additional affidavit dated 23.08.2021, the application to grant leave to sue the defendant who is having its registered office at Bangalore and manufacturing unit at Vellore is granted, since the invoice raised by the plaintiff for the goods sold and delivered at Vellore indicates that the jurisdiction of Chennai will be the place for any dispute.
