PRAYER: These Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified calling for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 10.02.2022 in TNSE No.6 of 2016 and pass such further orders accordingly. O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent jointly submitted that the parties have arrived at the settlement out of Court and accordingly, they have executed an agreement dated 21.08.2025 between them and agreed in terms of the agreement having signed by both the petitioner company as well as 2nd respondent employee therein.
2. The learned counsel appearing for both parties further jointly submitted that the petitioner company has paid a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) by way of Demand Draft dated 12.08.2025 bearing No.784959 drawn on HDFC Bank as full and final settlement to the 2nd 2/4
respondent employee. The 2nd respondent is also acknowledged the same and also endorsed his signature in the copy of the Demand Draft. Further, the petitioner company has also relieved the 2nd respondent employee from the services of the petitioner company. vide Relieving order dated 11.08.2025. They have produced the copies of the agreement dated 21.08.2025 entered between the parties, Demand Draft for Rs.5,00,000/- in favour of the 2nd respondent herein and Relieving order dated 11.08.2025 issued to the 2nd respondent employee, before this Court.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, recording the same, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 21.08.2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Lbm 3/4
