C.M.P.Nos.22711, 22713 and 22714of 2022 in S.A.No.1030 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 2396 days in setting aside the abatement of the Second Appeal in S.A.No.1030of 2010.

ii. To set aside the abatement of the Second Appeal in S.A.No.1030 of 2010 on account of the death of the Petitioner's Mother, Mrs.Papathi on 26.09.2013.

iii. To bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 as legal representatives of the petitioner's mother, the deceased appellant Mrs. Papathi in Second Appeal in S.A.No.1030 of 2010.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
