The mandate of learned Arbitrator appointed by this Court has expired on 25.04.2023 and hence, the present petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing the above petition.

Recording the above, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by six months from today, to conclude the arbitration.
