CRIME NO.163 OF 2016 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial court daily at 10.30 am pending disposal of the appeal Crl.M.P.No.17448/2018 in Crl.A.No.839/2018 dated 07/01/2019.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THENRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17448 of 2018 dated 07.01.2019, had imposed certain conditions, one of the condition is that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 am, pending disposal of the appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from the date of order. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking modification of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17448 of 2018 dated 07.01.2019 is modified in the following manner. "The petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am, until further orders."
