This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 29.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.650 of 2025 that para 5 ( b) the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
