O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to file the final report before the concerned Court in Crime No.9 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint against her husband and in-laws for the alleged offence under Sections 498-A IPC read with Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered in Crime No.9 of 2015 on 01.08.2015, but till date no action was taken. Hence, the present petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.9/2015 and file a final report as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
