Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the respondent in Letter No.SE/GCC-I/CNI/Tech/SDM/F.Specn.No.PT076/17-18/D.1590/17 dated 17.10.2017 and SE/GCCI/CNI/Tech/SDM/F.Specn.No.OT-014/17-18/D.1579/17 dated 17.10.2017 are received through e-mail on 20.10.2017 and to quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to issue work orders based on the online tender applications of the petitioner in respect of the works specification PT-No.076/2017-18 and PT No.078/2017-18 under tender notification dated 21.08.2017 and the work specification No.OT-014/2017-18 under tender notification dated 26.08.2017 of the respondent forthwith. ORDER

The writ petition has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 19.6.2018 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.29099 & 29100 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
