Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order dated 21.06.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.9118/2021 (i.e) the petitioners to report before the respondent Police daily @ 10.30a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9118 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) and 302 of IPC and Section 41 of Cr.P.C. in Crime No.123 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
