(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents, to pass appropriate orders of the proceedings issued, in Na.Ka.No.113541/W4/E2/2019, dated 26/3/2019, passed by the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.R.Ragavendran, one of the learned counsel on record, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
