This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by one Fathima @ Venmal, for a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file them. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced a letter dated 29.04.2022, wherein, it is stated that as per the recommendations of the Tamil Nadu Vigilance Commission, this petitioner was originally arrayed as A3 and after the investigation, allegation against the petitioner/A3 is held to be "not substantiated.
