O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents-1 to 3 made a submission that the impugned Circular No.67 has been withdrawn by the Government.

2. In view of the withdrawal of the Government orders, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered. Subsequent amendment are also came into force.

3. Therefore, the petitioner if aggrieved may approach the Competent Authorities.
