Writ petition No.27253 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders in O.A.No.1 of 2011 filed by the petitioner on the file of the 2nd respondent.
Writ petition No.27254 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders in O.A.No.2 of 2011 filed by the petitioner on the file of the 2nd respondent.
Writ petition No.27255 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders in O.A.No.3 of 2011 filed by the petitioner on the file of the 2nd respondent.

C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petitions themselves are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Heard both sides.
3. In all these writ petitions, the petitioner who is one and the same, is seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders in O.A.Nos.1 of 2011, 2 of 2011 and 3 of 2011. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said O.A.Nos.1 of 2011, 2 of 2011 and 3 of 2011 filed as early as in the year 2011 are kept pending without passing orders.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the applications will be considered and the orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the said O.A.Nos.1 of 2011, 2 of 2011 and 3 of 2011 or before this Court in these writ petitions, these writ petitions are disposed of, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider those O.A.Nos.1 of 2011, 2 of 2011 and 3 of 2011 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
