This matter is listed today under the caption "For clarification" at the instance of the learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the first respondent that there is an inadvertent omission in last portion of the second paragraph of the order dated 25.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.14281 of 2019, wherein, the interest component has not been included along with the outstanding amount. Therefore, he prays that necessary corrections may be made in the said order and fresh order copy be issued.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the order, which reveals that there is an inadvertent omission in Paragraph No.2 of the above order dated 25.11.2021. Accordingly, paragraph No.2 of the order dated 25.11.2021 in WMP No.14281/20, shall stand substituted with the following paragraph :- 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

rli ''In the aforesaid circumstances, total outstanding of the 18 loan accounts with Indian Bank Kodambakkam Branch is Rs.14,70,254.00 as on 30.06.2020. The total amount available in the name of the Registrar General is Rs.25,47,036/-. From this total amount Rs.25,47,036/- the outstanding amount of Rs.14,70,254/- along with interest as on the date of production of this order in respect of the 18 staff loans may be adjusted and their loan accounts with the first respondent may be closed.''

4. Registry is directed to make necessary correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
