This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 2 & 4 from putting up any Village Bus Stop or any other construction in Athiyur (North) Village in Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District obstructing the petitioner to access to the Panchayat Thar Road from his property in Survey Nos.226/22C, 226/23 and 226/24.

2. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that now the Bus Stop has been constructed and it is in operation. Therefore, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
