O R D E R

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the appeal preferred by him dated 11.11.2016, challenging the order passed by the Sub Collector, Kancheepuram District dated 13.10.2016.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as on 11.11.2016, the same has not yet been disposed of by the first respondent.

4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the second respondent,within a time frame.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 11.11.2016, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
