This petition is filed to implead the petitioner as proposed 4th respondent/C.Gurusamy in the above writ petition.
2. It is to the shock and surprise that the said C.Gurusamy has filed a affidavit that some has forged his signature and filed the above wmp. It was also stated that he never met or engaged the counsel nor signed any vakalat or authorised any person to proceed the case. This Court made an comparison between the signature found in the wmp petition and the affidavit filed by the said Gurusamy and observed that there was some discrepancy.
3. This Court is completely dissatisfied with the act of the counsel who have filed this impleading petition. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition with costs. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed and the counsel on record Mrs.S.Kala and Mr.S.Venkat in the wmp is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association within a period of one week from today. 02.08.2024 smn 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
