Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2020 and consequently direct the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner by implementing the G.O.Ms.No.854, Revenue Ni.Mu.1(2) Dept. dated 30.12.2006; G.O.Ms.No.34, Revenue LD I(2) Dept. dated 23.01.2008 Revenue LD 1(2) Dept. and G.O.Ms.No.43 passed by Revenue Ni.Mu.1(2) Dept. dated 29.01.2010.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 1.6.2020 and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. Mr. Annai Ezhil, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 25.09.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all the necessary documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
