Though the petitioner has come up with this Miscellaneous petition seeking to reopen the above Writ petition in W.P.No.28224 of 2011 which came to dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 22.11.2023, on the ground that, without the knowledge of the petitioner bank, the earlier learned counsel for the petitioner on record had withdrawn the said Writ petition, however, a perusal of the endorsement made by the earlier counsel for the petition reveals that, only as per the instruction of the petitioner bank, the earlier counsel for the petitioner sought for withdrawal of the above Writ petition. For better appreciation, the said endorsement made by the earlier counsel for the petitioner on record is extracted hereunder: "Today as per instruction of the Management Bank through phone I am herewith with-drawing the above Writ petition W.P.No.28224/2011 " https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined issue any affirmative direction in favour of the petitioner as the prayer sought for by the petitioner is misconceived and accordingly, this Writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
