The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the prayer directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2017 in which he requested the respondent to grant waiver of loan as announced by the Government under the scheme for the purpose of farming sector. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the aforesaid loan availed by the petitioner is for the purpose of non-farming sector and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to any benefit under the loan waiver scheme announced by the Government.
3. The said fact is a disputed fact. There is a provision under the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act for the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for his remedy.
4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.
