ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12272 of 2019 by order dated 28.08.2020, wherein the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
