The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 of IPC r/w Section 3(1)(v) of ST/ST POA Act 1989, seeks a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District, to consider the bail application on their surrender in Crime No.518 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners on their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
