ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey, demarcate and put-up the fencing for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 06.02.2025 with the assistance of the 4th respondent.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 06.02.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page No.2 of 6

Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. With regard to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, namely for putting up fencing with the assistance of the 4th respondent, the same cannot be granted by this Court through this writ petition and if at all the same can be redressed only through a civil suit.
5. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 5th respondent, the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- Page No.3 of 6
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the 5th respondent, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the 2nd respondent, the 4th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
