This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.15785 of in Crl.O.P.No.22408 of 2022 on 19.10.2022.

2.The Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15785 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22408 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15785 of in Crl.O.P.No.22408 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, as and when required.
