ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.08.2024 questioning the order of the second respondent dated 31.07.2024. 2.

The appeal is now pending before the first respondent, since the first respondent will have to examine the facts and reasons of the appeal. It will only be appropriate if the first respondent applies his mind, follows due

procedure and thereafter, passes final orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 19.08.2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
