This Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(c) of the order dated 12.03.2026 in Crl.OP.No. 6193 of 2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is finding it difficult to report before the respondent police. It is further submitted that while returning home after complying with the condition, the petitioner met with an accident and sustained a fracture to his left hand. As he is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital, he prays for the relaxation of the said condition.
3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing on behalf of the respondent Police, submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for only 10 days, whereas the original direction required him to report before the respondent police for 30 days.
4. It is observed that the petitioner has failed to comply with the original directions of this Court. In the absence of a bona fide effort to obey the earlier directions, this Court finds no valid ground or change in circumstances to warranting relaxation at this stage.
