ORDER
(The case has been heard through Video Conferencing) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 420 of I.P.C and Section 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, in Crime No.648 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioner was found to practice Allopathic Medicine without any qualification. Hence, the complaint was registered.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had practising Allopathic Medicine without any qualification and he was very recently arrested in Crime No.547 of 2020 for similar offence. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner had continuously doing the same allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. With the above observation this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
