ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this court, measurement was taken with regard to the property in question and hence, the order of this court dated 01.07.2020 passed in W.P.No.8704 of 2020 has been complied with. In support of the said submission, the learned counsel has produced a copy of the communication bearing e/f/3502/2020(O) dated 25.11.2019, issued by the respondent.

2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
