ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in FIR No.129 of 2012 before the concerned Court within a period of one month.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.129 of 2012 on 06.03.2012, no final report is filed till date.
3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that two other accused are undetected in this case.
4. Such view of the matter, there cannot be any direction issued to the respondent police to file the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
However, direction is issued to the respondent police to expedite the investigation and secure the accused.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
