(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This Petition has been filed to dispense with the Petitioners from paying the full Court fees and permit the Petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.372.50 as the Court fees and allow the Petitioners to pay the remaining Court fees for Rs.24,000/- towards the award amount, after passing an award amount by this Court.

2.The above Petition seeking exemption from paying the court-fee of Rs.24,000/- is ordered, subject to the condition that, in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the Petitioners will have to pay the requisite court-fee.
