O R D E R
Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 10.06.2017, seeking for appropriate action regarding rectification of survey numbers, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the 5th respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a representation on 10.06.2017 to the respondents 2 and 3, the respondents have not passed any order so far.
4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 2nd and 3rd respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 5th respondent.
5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to the 5th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
