ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12149 of 2020 by order dated 13.08.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore Town Police Station and report before the the respondent police every day at about 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two weeks and thereafter, every monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
