Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIJAYA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.J.PRIYADARSANA,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 08.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13018 of 2022 i.e., the petitioners shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Asthampati Police Station, daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 5.00 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.

m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 5.00 p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Further, the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 01.07.2022, failing which the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. -sd/- 20/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
