This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take lawful action through 2nd respondent against the above said offenders on the complaint dated 20.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor(Pondicherry) for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
