A.No.2823 of 2024 in CS.No.520 of 2013 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 3794 days in filing the written statement filed in C.S.No.520 of 2013. 2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for the delay.

3.Though the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the length of the delay is inordinate in the interest of justice, he fairly submits that the application can be ordered, so that the parties can go for trial. This application is allowed.
