The prayer in the application is seeking a direction to the Respondent to finalise the compensation and release the balance amount immediately to the Official Liquidator within a stipulated date.

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that pending this application, the compensation amount has been finalised by the Respondent and the entire award amount had been deposited with the Official Liquidator.

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in the application and the same is accordingly closed, however, liberty is granted to the Official Liquidator if not satisfied with the award amount, to initiate appropriate action.
