This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to direct the learned Additional Master II to complete the cross examination of PW1 in the above C.S No.55 of 2016 either on 29.06.2022 or any other date fixed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. In view of the above, this petition is allowed.

5. The matter is referred to the Additional Master-II for completing the cross examination of PW1.

6. The parties are directed to extend their co-operations for recording evidence as early as on or before 07.07.2022.

7. The Master is directed to submit the report along with the deposition and documents if any marked by both the parties.
