We have gone through the prayer sought for in these sub applications where the respective petitioners seek clarification of our order dated 28.03.2024 made in Cont.P.No.2383 of 2022, Sub Appl.No.211 of 2022 and Sub Appl.No.13 of 2020.

2. Our order dated 28.03.2024 is exhaustive and clarificatory in nature which does not require any further clarification.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that even though these petitioners have been correctly placed in the seniority list as it belong to I-B category, as per the seniority list, the service benefits have not 3/6

been conferred on them and it appears to be their grievance. If at all that is their grievance, that altogether is a new cause of action, where that can be agitated in the manner known to law as a fresh litigation if they are advised to do so. Therefore, for such reasons, no clarification is required of our order dated 28.03.2024.

4. Hence, all these Sub Applications are deserved to be dismissed and accordingly, are dismissed.
