The petitioner /defacto complainant has filed this petition seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr. No.605 of 2009 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent or any other agency / team for further investigation / re-investigation and to file report before the Special Metropolitan Magistrate No.2 for the trial of Land Grabbing, Chennai.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'..
