Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to reconsider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2017 in the light of the order dated 22.02.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.18920 of 2012.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the so called President of Tamil Nadu Government All Department Employees Union without even knowing the state of affairs decided by this Court, directing the respondents herein to allow the horticulture workers to retire at the age of 60 years. Unfortunately, the petitioner, who claims to be the President of the Association, is not even aware of what is the date of retirement of the horticulture workers, in the light of the law laid down by this Court. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents also submitted that the Government had already issued a Government Order, following the judgment passed by this Court, that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
