Writ petition No.3613 of 2016 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned fee structure dated 03.11.2014 issued by the 4th respondent for BHMS Course quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to re-frame the fees structure for the BHMS Course in accordance with the fee structure issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu for BHMS Course. Writ petition No.34664 of 2016 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent College to receive the fee of Rs.45,000/- which is the fee fixed by the Committee on Fixation of Fee in respect of Self-Financing Professional Colleges, Chennai- 600 025, the 3rd respondent herein, from the petitioner for the "Bachelor of Homoeopathy Medicine and Surgery" (BHMS) for the Academic Year 2016-2017 and for subsequent academic years.
