JUDGMENT

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Subbiah, J) When the appeal is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the matter is settled between the parties and in respect of the same, they have filed a memorandum of compromise entered into between the appellant and the first respondent, dated 30.06.2020, signed by the appellant and the first respondent and their respective counsels. Accordingly, the terms of compromise as set out in the said memorandum are recorded. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the said compromise, and the memorandum of compromise shall form part of the judgment. Consequently, the suit in C.S.No.322 of 2019 shall also stand disposed of in terms of the said compromise entered into between the appellant and the first respondent. No costs.
