(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 05.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11493 of 2020 in the above Crime No.514 of 2020 on the file of the respondent herein with regard to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court on 05.08.2020, in Crl.O.P.No.11493 of 2020 the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
