Common Prayer: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the order of the 2nd Respondent and 1st respondent issued in letter No.Na.Ka.16161/L1/2005 dated 29.11.2005 and Lr.No.13783/P2/2005 dated 19.10.2005 respectively and quash the same in so far as the petitioner school is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointments made by transfer of Excess Staff to the needy schools and pay salary to the teachers appointed in the schools from their respective dates of appointments.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd Respondent and 1st Respondent letter issued in No.Na.Ka.16161/L1/2005 dated 29.11.2005 and Lr.No.13783/P2/2005 dated 19.10.2005 and quash the same and for a consequential relief.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
