PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st Respondent not to harass the petitioner on the pretext of investigation as the petitioner is neither the complainant nor the accused in respect of the complaint referred as Crime No.12 of 2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent not to harass the petitioner on the pretext of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation as the petitioner is neither the complainant nor the accused in respect of the complaint referred as Crime No.12 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that no case has been registered as against the petitioner and as such, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondent Police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
