These two applications have been filed to restore the aforementioned second appeals, which had been dismissed as abated. 2.It has to be noted that the first and second appellants have died and the third respondent has also died. Necessary applications, with respect to condoning the delay in filing the restoration petitions had already been filed, which were ordered on 24.06.2022 and these two applications are consequential in nature. Therefore, these two applications are allowed.
