ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking an order to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 15.04.2014 given by the petitioner.
2. As per the order, dated 26.08.2016, the respondent has complied with the conditional order and cost memo has also been filed and the same is recorded.
3. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. P.KALAIYARASAN, J

4. It is averred in the petition that Govindan, Arumugam and Dhanalakshmi trespassed into the petitioner's property and he lodged complaint on 11.04.2014. But the respondent police has not taken any action and therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
5. Learned Government Advocate submits that in spite of the notice given to the petitioner, he had not appeared for the enquiry and due to non co-operation, the police could not proceed with the matter.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to peruse the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2014 and if any cognizable offence is made out, further directed to register the case and proceed, as per law. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
