The respondent states that he has no objection for the proceedings being transferred as prayed for by the petitioner/wife from the file of the Sub-Court, Cheyyar to the file of the SubCourt, Kanchipuram. 1/4
2.I have independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. 3.In view of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in O.P.No.69 of 2024 is directed to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Cheyyar and transferred to the file of the SubCourt, Kanchipuram. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
